Yin and Yang Meditation

Join "Jennifer" in balancing both feminine and masculine aspects of yourself.

In this meditation you will meet your feminine energy in a mirror image. She will then come out to greet you and balance your female side. You will then meet your masculine energy and he will come out of the mirror, greet you and balance your masculine side.

After this transformation we will then greet Arch Angel Michael in a powerful meditation where he will take us to meet Mary Magdelene who can help you on your spiritual path with your femine aspects of yourself and then we will also meet Jesus who will help you connect spiritually with your male aspects of yourself. These powerful beings want to help us feel more loved and peaceful and with their help we will never need to feel alone. Doing both these meditations you will be able to create a wholeness within. This is the energy of creativity, sensitivity and openess that you only can shine out into the world when you are balanced. This will also allow you to express your thoughts and feelings freely and above all be loving and gentle with yourself. In balancing this energy you will also be helping mother earth in moving towards a more peaceful existence. Each one of us is responsible for our own journey. When we are more peaceful and powerful within we can then find more energy and time to help others with their sacred journey also. With your connection to mother earth, yourself and spirit you will be able to create perfect balance in your life.
